The Vertically-Integrated Projects (VIP) Program is an undergraduate education program that operates in a research and development context. Undergraduate students who join VIP teams earn academic credit for their participation in design and discovery efforts that assist faculty and graduate students with research and development issues in their areas of technical expertise.
C21U faculty leads VIP teams each semester in research areas applicable to educational technology and innovation.

Goals
This team couples data science with educational theory to research and improve educational content, instruction, and learning at Georgia Tech. We deliver on these goals by engaging with the Georgia Tech community, writing about and presenting our research, and developing web applications for learners and educators.
Through VIP students will:
- Learn and practice professional skills;
- Make substantial contributions to the team project;
- Experience different roles on a large, multidisciplinary team.
