
Daniel Rosebud is a senior project specialist at C21U, where he provides project management expertise and strategic support to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that drive innovation in higher education. With a background that bridges organizational transformation, policy advocacy, and community engagement, Rosebud brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and social impact experience to his work.
Rosebud holds an associate’s degree in business management with a focus on labor studies, a post-baccalaureate certificate in Agile Project Management and Organizational Transformation from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a Senior Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, which enables him to lead large-scale technical and transformational projects. Additionally, he earned a professional diploma in innovation planning from Dartmouth and completed general civil mediation training at the University of Georgia. Rosebud has been an active member of his local PMI chapter since 2012, with over 13 years of experience in project management, and is expected to graduate in December 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in General Psychology from Georgia State University. He plans to attend Georgia Tech after graduation to pursue a Master of Science in Public Policy.
Beyond academia and project management, Rosebud has built a distinguished career in advocacy and community organizing at the local, state, and national levels. He has advised organizations such as the GreenLight Fund Atlanta as a Selection Advisor, helping direct investments toward impactful community initiatives, including the Center for Employment Opportunities and Literacy Lab. Appointed to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs Balance of State Continuum of Care Board of Directors, he played a leading role in developing housing resources for unhoused and disconnected youth.
Nationally, Rosebud has served as a youth policy advocate through the Aspen Institute and the Forum for Youth Investment’s National Reconnecting Youth Campaign, engaging congressional representatives to expand federal support for youth workforce programs. He also led regional youth organizing and campaign support across the South and Gulf Coast as part of the Center for Law and Social Policy’s Youth Policy Team.
