Biography

Kshitij is a graduate student in the MS-HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) program at Georgia Tech who is interested in bridging gaps between people and technologies through user-centered design. Prior to joining C21U Labs, he collaborated with teams researching autonomous vehicles at Georgia Tech and automated machine learning at Nokia Bell Labs, where he focused on building trust and transparency in emerging technologies. At C21U, he's working on understanding employers' perspectives on blockchain-based credentials and exploring how ML-powered workforce analytics can be leveraged by user groups at Georgia Tech.
